You approve the wording before it goes live, and you decide what the AI can and can't say, including whether it ever mentions prices. Questions it shouldn't answer get forwarded to you.
What happens on the demo?
You fill in a test quote request as if you were a homeowner, using your own cell number, and the text arrives on your phone. Then you text back a question and watch the AI answer.
Will it work with my website?
It's built for website quote forms. We'll look at how your leads come in on the demo, and I'll tell you straight if it isn't a good fit.
What do I need to do to get set up?
Give me your service area, services, hours, and answers to the questions customers usually ask, plus access to your website form or the person who manages it. Then approve the first text. I handle the rest, usually within 3 to 5 days.
What about privacy and spam rules?
Texts only go to people who contacted your business. Every text names your business and includes "Reply STOP to opt out". Customer data is handled under BC's privacy law (PIPA).
Do you guarantee more jobs?
No. I can make sure every web lead hears back fast. Whether they book still depends on your pricing, your market, and how you follow up. If you're not happy in the first 30 days, founding clients get a full refund. After that, there's no contract, so you can cancel any time.
